C/ It is important to realize that there are two schools of medical thought in the field of stem cell transplantation today:
According to the German school, stem cell transplant's combination(s) used for the treatment of complications of type 1 diabetes mellitus could never be the same as one used for a patient with complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus. A patient with complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus can be successfully treated by stem cell transplantation also(!), with the exception of significantly obese clients in whom the treatment of obesity has been repeatedly unsuccessful. The German school does agree with the U.S. school in cases where the patient is a small child that was just diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus: the treatment by implanting of pancreatic islet cells only would be perfectly adequate here. In summary, the German school requires that the treatment be "individualized" by "tailoring" the combination of stem cell transplants to a specific disease of a specific patient. Although we follow the classical German school in our clinical advice, we will gladly prepare individual stem cell transplants in any dosage requested for those physicians who follow the U.S. school of thought.

E/ Stem cell transplants that you will receive from us are live cells prepared especially for you! It takes a minimum of 17 days from the moment that we have received your payment, before you will have stem cell transplants in your hands. If this appears too long, allow us to remind you that we have to synchronize pregnancies of several rabbit females for preparation of stem cell transplants for one client. Since fetal and newborn rabbits are from a closed colony, with a finite number of females, this requires a day or so to coordinate. The preparation of stem cell transplants by primary tissue culture takes 11 days, and their delivery to you another 1 - 2 days. After their release from the factory, your stem cell transplants are immediately shipped to you via currier. Immediately after we have received your payment, we will notify you by E-mail of the delivery date of the stem cell transplants to you, or to your assigned physician. This E-mail will include your password, without which you cannot open it. In some countries, there may be an extra delay due to a lack of daily flights, as we use passenger airline carriers only for a currier delivery. Your stem cell transplants have to be implanted without delay, preferably on the day of delivery. NOTE: There are senior physicians, experts in stem cell transplantation of the German school, who could travel to your country to treat you together with your regular physician. Depending upon your gegraphic location, we could send with them your stem cell transplants prepared for your treatment by us as per your order. All the preparatory steps would have to be carried out as described and you would have to arrange with a properly equipped hospital in your area to give permit for our specialist to treat you. The preparation of stem cell transplants by our method is very tedious and time consuming and our "know-how" consists of treating every stem cell culture as an individual living unit, e.g., our method does not permit a mass production. We prepare all stem cell transplants for an ordering client at the same time, e.g. as a batch, and for that reason we do not have individual prices for each specific stem cell transplant: our price quotation is for the preparation of the whole batch instead. As stated above, once an order for your stem cell transplants was received by our office, we can give you a firm price quotation for the stem cell transplants preparation. Such quotation does not include professional fees for the medical services provided by your physician, hospital, or clinic. Our company does not own or manage any clinics. You will be charged also for delivery costs. The delivery is strictly a "door-to-door," by a currier. In some countries there may be customs duties and in some countries there will be a tax (i.e., VAT tax in the EC countries). These additional charges will be determined after we have received your order. All these fees will also have to be prepaid. This whole procedure has to run like a "well-oiled machine": we cannot allow some mishap along the way, such as a lack of payment, to cause a waste of the effort of so many. PRICES FOR OTHER SERVICE(S)
You may decide that you would prefer to have stem cell transplantation treatment in your own country rather than traveling to a clinic in another part of the world, but there is no physician in your homeland with a sufficient expertise in stem cell transplantation. By your request, we will help you find a physician/expert who would travel to your country to carry out implantation of your stem cell transplants, and take care of you afterwards, together with your physician. You will have to pay travel expenses (business class for flights over 3 hours) and living expenses in your country for a consulting physician. The minimum stay is 3 days (providing that all is properly prepared for your treatment in your hospital). We would quote you a total fee for professional services of a physician after we receive your request. If there would be several patients treated at the same time in your hospital, then the professional fee for each patient would be lower. For treatment of more than five patients, depending upon circumstances, two physicians may be necessary. When larger groups of patients would be treated on the same day (a necessity since stem cell transplants have to be implanted as soon as possible after their currier delivery) the professional fees would be negotiated on an individual basis. When you select this route, you may save the cost of delivery of your stem cell transplants.
It can be arranged in your country on a case by case basis, fees would be set upon request.
